They meet the third Tuesday of each month at the Fourth Precinct Headquarters at 1925 Plymouth Ave N in Minneapolis.
Social time begins at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.

| The mission of 4PAC is:1. to promote cooperation between the police and the community on law enforcement issues, crime prevention strategies, community problems and criminal justice issues;2. to educate citizens on their roles and responsibilities as they relate to crime prevention, the criminal justice system and victimization; and to work toward improving police services and citizen participation in crime prevention;3. to serve as a resource to residents and officers on crime statistics, issues, programs, projects and services in the precinct;4. to represent the diverse interests of an intercultural community;
5. to recognize the exemplary service of officers and citizens; and 6. to serve as liaison between 4PAC and the All-City PAC. |
