This initiative provides innovative, community based programming to juveniles offenders who do not meet the standards for detention at the Hennepin County Juvenile Justice Center.  These young men and women are one bad choice away from incarceration and JACC is working to create programming to provide these young people the opportunity to make a good choice and live productive lives within their community.  Thank you to the General Mills Foundation, Hennepin County and board member Brian Smith for working to bring this much needed initiative to our community.  We will keep you updated on the progress of the initiative as we will be enlisting the assistance of community volunteers to ensure the young people have the community support they need to continue on a positive path to adulthood.
