JACC would like remind you that our Annual Meeting and the Golden Anniversary Celebration is right around the corner. We invite you as our guests, and would like to take this opportunity to celebrate you the residents of Jordan. Please join us on October 16th at North Regional Library located at 1315 Lowry Ave No, Minneapolis, MN 55411 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm for live entertainment, silent auction and board elections.

We will also propose changes to the JACC Bylaws. Please review the proposed changes listed below and attend our Annual Meeting to vote on adopting these changes.

• Page 1, Article I, Section 2, a: “The address of the registered office of this corporation is 2009 James Avenue N., Minneapolis, MN, 55411” VOTE: to replace with “2900 Fremont Avenue North, Suite 108, Minneapolis MN 55411“

• Page 2, Article II, Section 3, e: “Members in good standing are eligible to serve as a member or chair of any committee appointed or organized by JACC.” VOTE: to delete “member or“

• Page 4/5, Article IV, Section 4,b: “The nominating process is defined as any member in good standing submitting a name in writing to the Nominating Committee.” VOTE: to delete “in good standing“

• Page 8, Article VII, Section 3: “Any member in good standing may become a member of any committee s/he desires. Attendance at a minimum of three meetings in a twelve month period is an expectation of an active committee member.” VOTE: to delete “in good standing“
